Biography: Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr. Clark has been a resident of Las Vegas for over two decades, and has previously resided in New York, Los Angeles and San Diego. Mr. Clark, an experienced trial lawyer, has substantial and varied legal experience, which ranges from criminal defense, extensive Plaintiff’s civil practice including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, serious personal injury, negligent security cases, domestic relations law including contested divorce and child custody matters.

In the area of criminal defense, Mr. Clark previously obtained for a client a grant of executive clemency (pardon) from the President of the United States, and was successful in negotiating a plea-bargain resolving a serious felony and fugitive case, which carried a potential term of life imprisonment, to a probationable offense. Thereafter, with the client’s cooperation, the matter resulted in an honorable discharge and early release from probation in less than one (1) year.

Formerly a professional musician, Mr. Clark has performance experience as a first trumpet player with Frank Sinatra, Buddy Rich, Mel Tormé, Tony Bennett, Sarah Vaughan, Natalie Cole, Donna Summer, Johnny Mathis, Gladys Knight, Elton John, Michael Bolton and others. He has also played in numerous Las Vegas showroom orchestras, as well as having performed at Carnegie Hall (with Frank Sinatra, Buddy Rich, Dizzy Gillespie and Phil Woods) and Lincoln Center in New York, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. for President and Mrs. Reagan, and has toured extensively in Great Britain and continental Europe, as well as having had considerable television, radio and recording experience. Mr. Clark has served as a Trustee for the Southern Nevada Musical Arts Society, and as a Trustee and Chair of the Board for Nevada School of the Arts. He has also served as legal counsel for, and a member of, the boards of directors of other non-profit organizations. Mr. Clark is a member of several civic and fraternal organizations.
